Memory

I got this from Jodi's (Wiberg McDonald) blog...

Here is a fun little game... leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It is pretty funny to read the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. On your mark... get set... blog those memories!

I remember being interviewed by Sherrie and Kristin for room for rent and thinking, "man...this girl really likes orange" due to the orange ensemble Sherrie was sporting.

Sherrie and I bonded when she came looking for a place to live. I was in the middle of watching The Bachelor, we were forever friends. But what really sits in my mind is the next morning after she moved in. She had just woken up and looked gorgeous. Hair perfect, make up on it was amazing. It took me a while to find out it was permanent make up!

I remember when I spent the night at your house and we both SLEPT in all day and your mom giving us a hard time. And I remember rafting down the Yakima River and how BURNED you got - you were purple and swollen. It was horrible. We have lots of fun memories, don't we? :)

I remember when Sherrie was less than 2 years old and she got up before anyone else (first and last time :)) and ate all the candy in my Easter basket. My parents caught her and just took pictures - no one stopped her from eating. :) But, I'm sure she has made it up to me over the years since she is my favorite sister ever.

I don't have a good memory so the details are blurry, but I think my first memory of Sherrie is when Julia invited her over for a birthday party we threw for another girlfriend. Lots of girls were invited, but I think there were only 4 of us there and about 12 guys. It was the first time I really got to talk to Sherrie much and I remember thinking that she looked awesome in turquoise. She was one hot little redhead that night. If I had liked any of the guys there I think I would've wanted her to leave.

I remember when we had first started working together and I didn't know you very well and I made a comment about how orange wouldn't look good on you because it would be too much with your hair color and then you said "Orange is my favorite color." I felt so bad that when I went out to run some errands that day during my lunch hour, I came back to work and gave you a set of orange beaded bracelets!
